In early 2002, members of the Austria Club collected their favorite family recipes. They were then edited, grouped and translated to American measurements. A renowned artist and Club Member, Helga Jaques, designed the Book cover. Seven years and seven re-prints later, the Club has sold over 3,100 copies of this very popular cookbook.
The book contains 380 fresh and unique ideas for everyday or holiday meals. The book will bring back fond memories when you see recipes for Schoepsernes with Grünen Fisolen, Bauernschmaus, Schinkenstrudel, Rahmschnitzel, Veal Ragout, Birnenlasagne, Tiroler Speckknödel, Salzburger Nockerln, Sacher Torte, etc.
