Austrian Cusine: Treasured Recipes from the Austria Club of Washington

The new cookbook is now available for sale to the public. Nearly 300 proven recipes have been collected, featuring Austrian regional cuisine and that of its neighbors for its 150 pages. Editor Martin Král also included some of the best recipes from our first cookbook. This fund-raising project will benefit our club, but more than that  -  it enriches our cooking skills and passes on the knowledge of our fine cuisine to family and friends.
